Dadhimukha complains to Sugreeva - Chapter 38

In the previous chapter, we saw Destroying the Madhuvana. , Now we'll see Dadhimukha complains to Sugreeva.

Dadhimukha approached Sugreeva who was in the company of Rama and Lakshmana and paid his respects. Sugreeva asked Dadhimukha what brought him there and why he was so agitated. Dadhimukha informed Sugreeva what had happened and how Madhuvana, which was so dear to him, was being destroyed by the Vanaras. He also said that they were drinking all the honey and even pouring it on the ground and wasting it. He also told Sugreeva how the Vanaras beat them all.

Lakshmana who was watching all this asked Sugreeva what was happening and why Dadhimukha had come there.

Sugreeva told Lakshmana that Dadhimukha who was in charge of Madhuvana came to report that Angada and all the Vanaras were destroying Madhuvana and were getting drunk. He said “The vanara army is in Madhuvana which means that they have succeeded in their mission. Or else they would not dare to return even. No doubt Sita Devi has been found. Hanuman possesses the capability, good sense, heroism, and knowledge. They all destroy the Madhuvana because they feel that they could afford this after having successfully accomplished the task of searching in the south.

Lakshmana don’t you think that they are drinking the honey because they succeeded in finding Sita?” Lakshmana was very happy hearing what Sugreeva said and Rama too who was also listening was very happy that there was good news. Sugreeva told Dadhimukha that he had given permission to the Vanaras to do what they wanted if they succeeded in their mission and asked him to go and tell the Vanaras that he was eager to meet them. He could guess that the mission of the Vanaras should have been a success and felt very happy

In the next chapter, We'll see Hanuman and others meet Sugreeva
