Sita gives permission to Hanuman to go - Chapter 20

In the previous chapter, we saw Hanuman shows his mighty form. , Now we'll see Sita gives permission to Hanuman to go.

Sita shining like a divine lady gave Hanuman leave for his departure. She said that she was happy like a half-grown seed when it receives rain. Sita again reminded Hanuman that Rama should not delay anymore. She recalled another incident when Rama had used a red stone to anoint her when her ‘tilak’ had been effaced. She also said that she was getting consoled so far looking at the crest jewel ‘Choodamani’ but now she had sent it to Rama. So she would be plunged into sadness. Again Sita reminded Hanuman to tell Rama about the cruel Rakshasis who was troubling her. Then Sita with tears welling in her eyes wished Hanuman a safe return. Hanuman started growing into a huge form and was getting ready to rise in the sky.
