Mahanarayana Upanishad This Is Also Called Narayana Valli Of Taittariya Upanishad
Sriman Narayana is referred to in this Upanishad as residing on top of the World, protector of the Vedas, Greatest of all Greats! That same Paramatma also resides in the womb says this Narayana Upanishad. He is Everywhere. He is there prior to all the Creations. Very Very Very Oldest Person. His Wife is the young Woman Mahalakshmi! She does not stay in one place, constantly on the move, providing Her Grace to all of us.
Ruthahum Satyam Param Brahma Purusham Krishna Pingallam – says Narayana Sukta! The beauty and the discipline of this Nature we enjoy everyday is Paramatma Narayana’s Lila Vibhuti!
His Image will not appear to eyes of a Worldly Person – such eyes will not be able to recognize Him. We need Divine Eyes (Jnyana eyes) to see Him. By controlling the Mind and our Senses and looking inside our Self with Dhyana (Meditation or Tapas) we can eventually know Him (Self-Realization). By achieving this Self-Realization we become Immortal. Paramatma is the Creator, Paramatma is the Sustainer, Paramatma is the Destroyer! Let us do Tapas on Paramatma. His Feet have the energy beyond description!
Varuna is the God that decides the Atmas that do Punyas go to the good World and the Atmas that do papas go to their appropriate World. He is the one who shines as Sun in the Atmosphere. What we say as I, He is that I. He is that Self. Those who have not known Him, He is the I; for those who have known Him, He is the Self – Paramatma.
Note:
You have to realize and understand carefully that Paramatma appears in different forms – here He is referred as Varuna.
Homa performed lest (for fear that) we forget the Vedas:
Salutations to Brahmam! Let Memory Power stay with me; I hope I stay without forgetfulness throughout my entire life. Homa is performed for Indra, for the sake of strength of our senses, Homa for the Rishis, Homa for the Devatas, Salutations for Bhuhu, Bhuvaha, Suvaha and the Vedas!
