Be a vegetarian:
Shastras clearly say Human beings should be vegetarians only, which
has a science behind it. The animals which, in the nature’s food chain are
made to be eating flesh have been endowed with very strong nails and sharp
teeth. In addition they are endowed with shorter intestines for quick
disposal of the waste. In humans the intestine is longer and therefore if we
take non vegetarian food it rots in the intestine creating germs, bacteria and
toxins.
Darbha – Radiation Absorber
This is a grass used in all religious functions. In olden days people
were wearing threads around their shoulders or hip. The reason is Darbha
is capable of controlling the radiation and protect the human beings.
Silk Sarees during poojas
This is because Silk cloth has the capacity to attract and store
electromagnetic energy and the friction of saree with body strengthens the
electromagnetic field of the body and activates the mind with positive
vibrations.
Sarees and dhoties
Shastras have prescribed a dress code of Dhoties and Sarees to be
worn and to be tied in a particular way because if we wear our dress like that
the electromagnetic energy is not allowed to escape and body’s energy is not depleted. This is because the dress is tied up in a particular way that the
energy is re circulated within the body’s field only.
